The Pontiac GTO is the car that started the Muscle Car revolution back in 1964. This is the first car to really be marketed as a mid-size car with a large engine that was also performance minded. GTO stands for Gran Turismo Omologato which loosely translates from Italian to Grand-Touring Car. Over the years people have come up with their own terms such as “Gas, Tires, Oil.” Another nickname is “Goat” but no matter the definition, the GTO will always be a premium Muscle Car.

With these cars being so iconic, TMI wants to pay homage to them. The GTO’s are known for being powerful muscle cars but also having a higher trim level than their Chevelle brethren. As people have taken GTO’s from stock to even better Grand-Touring Cars, we wanted to help them bring the interior to today’s standards as well.

We are proudly introducing our very first Pontiac GTO product line for the 1966 and 1967 Pontiac GTO. This product line isn’t just a stock interior stitched up in a new color. We completely redesigned the interior from the ground up to bring you a revolutionary interior, just as the ‘64 GTO revolutionized the muscle car industry forever.

To start, the Molded Door Panels and Quarter Panels can be had with two different patterns; Sport-DDS, SS, and Sport. Both of these panels are constructed out of strong molded ABS and sold as a pair. Using factory mounting points they are easy to install and have ergonomic armrests built-in for maximum comfort. They can be ordered in your choice of color and a variety of different stitching colors.

Our new GTO Sport Molded Headliners are a full fiberglass replacement headliner complete with sail panels. These are designed for a clean, seamless, and completely integrated look. The headliners feature cutouts for dome light and visor mounting locations. We also have new Sun Visors that can be sewn in your choice of material. These have a show quality fit and finish.

Moving down the roof we are releasing our Sport Package Tray to complete the entire interior. These flat panels are an easy-to-install one-piece design wrapped in premium vinyl.

To complement our line of Universal Pro-Series and Pro-Classic seats, we are releasing our Sport Full Length Console. The factory console offered no arm rest, drink holders, and very little storage. The TMI Full Length Sport Molded Console offers all those features in a stylish package to match the rest of your TMI interior. Molded and full length, they feature twin cup holders, a deep storage compartment and an ergonomic arm rest for those long drives. Available in a variety of materials and stitch options to match the complete interior.

To mount the Universal Pro-Series and Pro-Classic seats into the 1966 and 1967 Pontiac GTO we also released our Low-Profile Bucket Seat Mounting Brackets. These allow for a bolt-in installation of our Universal line of seats, giving you that Complete Interior In A Box installation.

In the rear we have a matching molded Sport Seat. These new molded fiberglass construction seats create a clean, seamless, and completely integrated look for the Pontiac GTO’s. The rear Sport Seat gives the look of rear bucket seats but still provides space for a third passenger if necessary.

Our Premium Carpet kits are designed as six individual pieces unlike the traditional two-piece designs. These separate pieces adjust to conform to the floor of your vehicle to ensure no gaps or bumps. Made out of premium sourced materials, we offer these in materials such as German Square Weave, Cut Pile, or Loop carpet. All carpets come yarn edge bound and with vinyl heel pads. Available in a variety of colors to match the existing interior.

The perfect accessory for your Pontiac GTO interior is a set of our new CNC cut floor mats. These are designed for the 1966 and 1966 Pontiac GTO floors for a precise fitment. All floor mats come with rubberized back and heat-sealed heel pads along with pin patterned back to grip the carpet and stay in place.

Finishing off the new products is a complete Sport Trunk Kit. These will allow you to give a professional finish to your trunk that will match the rest of your TMI interior. This kit includes left and right panels, bulkhead panel, and trunk lid panel. We also include a carpet kit for the trunk floor.
